IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our threshold for heat is around 30 degrees celcius.

When it feels about 30, we will be ensuring activities like animal care and socialization are either done in the morning when it’s coolest or indoors in our classroom. We will spend as much time as we can in the shade and bringing water bottles and hats with us to all activities. We also have very vigilant staff that are knowledgable of heat related illnesses, so we are always on the lookout for any kids in need of heat breaks during heat waves.

Cancellations are accepted in excess of 1 month prior to your camp start date with a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than a month before camp will receive a 50% refund of camp fees.

We register campers between the ages of 5 and 11 years old

A general packing list for camp includes:

-Minimal litter lunch/ Snacks (We have 2 snack breaks in addition to lunch)

-Water bottle (refills available)

-Hat

-Sunscreen/bug spray

-Extra clothes (things may get muddy!)

-Swimsuit, towel, and shoes suitable for water play

-Any necessary medications/ EpiPen

Optional (Weather permitted): Rainboots, poncho, umbrella

Our camp runs from 9am-3pm.

Drop off is between 8:30am-9am

Pick-up is between 3pm- 3:30pm

Yes! Before/After care is available upon booking for an additional $25/day (totaling $125/week). (7:30-9am drop off, 3:45-5pm pickup)

Yes, Round The Bend Farm Camp accepts e-transfers.

Instead of following our registration links simply email rtbfarmcamp@gmail.com with the number of campers you would like to book and the weeks that you would like.

Once you've received your confirmation email, you can send your e-transfer to the above email address.

Campers diagnosed with ASD with higher suport needs, Downs Syndrome and/or other developmental conditions are welcome to register, provided they have a designated support person accompanying them (support person not charged)
